In 2013, French online store LGA group started selling used auto parts on eBay. As Arnaud Disastri explained, products offered do not come directly from manufacturers, thus it is difficult for LGA group to provide all the information that upcoming EU legislation will require. Therefore, Arnaud asks policymakers to avoid possible negative impact that new laws will have on the ecommerce of second-hand products.
