An unhappy Massachusetts couple posts a newsletter explaining their unsatisfactory experience with eBay. In return, six former eBay employees began a relentless campaign of harassment and cyberstalking in an effort to get them to stop publishing their newsletter. In this Technado mini clip, the guys elaborate on what these employees did and the image it reflects on the company.
