As an entrepreneur, you are possibly stuck in the same grind. A grueling, never ending, type of grind that you may not be ready for. Entrepreneurs do not work 9 to 5; they are constantly on, stressed out, and living in the future while putting out fires, brokering new deals, and employing many individuals. Managing people is also not easy work. It takes a lot of time, training, patience, and motivation.

As someone who had no choice but continue to be an entrepreneur because of lack of a college degree, I had often had to reset. By resetting, I do not mean leaving the job or taking one of those Jack Dorsey mountain retreats. I mean resetting the entire business operation, staff, and taking back over.

I have built several companies as an entrepreneur, left them to other to manage, watched them fall from their peak as I started another business. I had to fire all people and reset. In this video, we talk about the daily grind of entrepreneurs, how hard entrepreneurship really is, and the needing to reset to gain control by letting go of staff.
