Emma started her business in Townsville with just one client. Thanks to her strong, unique service offering – shredding important documents, which remain confidential with her, because she can’t read or write – she now has over 50 clients throughout town. The shredded paper is recycled and used on a local avocado farm for mulch. Emma has come up against many challenges along the way, but it hasn’t stopped her running this incredible mobile business with her 100-kg industrial shredder.

Fearless Films Season 4 is an all-inclusive film project by Feros Care, made about people living with disability, by people living with disability. The series features the stories of six people living with disability who are carving careers for themselves, and who are engaged in meaningful employment – be it entrepreneurial or in a workplace.
