Even many great businesses are thought of as a product business. The customers, the public even the investors think, it is the superior product that makes a business great. But it is very rarely the case! In this video, I cover how most ECommerce businesses are Misunderstood.

Even the best product today can lose the battle for market dominance. Somebody will always copy your product and idea, so it is rarely a long-term competitive advantage. The best product doesn't often win. Rather it is the best process that wins.

We always think of ideas, however, ideas are just ideas until we have a great process to deliver on those ideas.

Online businesses are process business. It is not just what happens in that counts. It is how it happens, where it happens, and when it happens. Processes are how you turn an OK business into a really profitable business.

With the process comes predictability. You are not just hoping that something works a certain way. Rather you know how it works and the impact it has for the other parts of the whole.
