Today, it’s time for Part 4 of the Seven Foundations of Value – Defensibility.
To sell your empire, you must defend it. Defensibility means reducing the risk associated with just another e-commerce business. Do you have a brand or are you just selling stuff? Is a buyer going to look at your business and say, well, we could just copy that. Yes, your business ain't defensible. Or will they say the patents around these unique products are very attractive to us? No one can copy this. Now that is defensible.
Ask yourself, what can you do to strengthen your business? How can you build a moat around it to boost its defensibility? That’s what I shared in this video.
