eBay Talk - Best Offer Immediate Payments Not Working? - Your Q&A

I recently received a best offer from a buyer and there was a blurb that stated if I accepted the offer the buyer would be charged immediately. I accepted the offer and the buyer did not pay until the next day. This was the second time it has happened in the last week. In light of the delay in implementing immediate payment and it still hasn't happened for all buyers, has ebay decided to do away with this altogether without telling us? It is one thing to have a delay in implementing immediate payment for everyone but to no longer have it work for the buyers who they already had this set up for tells me this is something that is probably going away. As always, I want your thoughts and comments down below...
