eBay Raises the Minimum Promoted Listing Rate Overnight

eBay just raised the minimum promoted dynamic rate to 5% without notice to the sellers as a reaction to shareholder pressure to increase revenues. Lets go over the article put out by Liz Morton on valueaddedresource.net.
