On eBay, if you listed an item to Good till Canceled, it will show up to the buyers until you sell out all of them. After that, your listing will end, and you will need to pay fees again to relist it. The item will be considered as a new item although you already had sales. All the purchase and search history will be lost. Sales history is important in terms of product SEO as well as will boost your conversion.

Please note that eBay charges you the usual listing fees for each 30-days billing cycle. If your listing remains with zero-quantity over 3 entire billing cycles (90 days), it will automatically be terminated by eBay, and you will be eligible for an insertion fee credit.
