In this video I share what I learned on a call into Ebay (OK they called me but you get it) and what I learned about Managed Payments from a rep in the Managed Payments Department who was quite knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions.

I also discuss a cancellation request from a customer who just didn’t seem to understand how I could have already shipped out the package...5 hours later! You just can’t make this stuff up!
