Ebay Managed Payments Handling Returns & Secret Item Specifics Changes?

In this video I discuss partial refunds and returns with eBay Managed Payments. I hope this video helps sellers understand what happens to the money once a customer requests a return. In the video I compare the how MP will immediately freeze the funds for a return regardless of the return reason as compared to PayPal who usually does not. I say usually since there are cases when PayPal will hold funds for certain returns but not in all cases like MP does. I also discuss the recent email most sellers received regarding item specifics changes effective September 9 that give us no info whatsoever and eBay reps don’t know or won’t say what they are.
