In this video I give an update to my previous video after speaking to an eBay rep regarding the changes coming September 9th and why everyone did not receive this email. I also dive into the topic of cancelled our timed out return requests. Even if the buyer cancels the return request these count as a return in your sales metrics and as a result have too many returns or are “very high” in a particular category then you will face higher final value fees. I discuss what I am doing to combat these returns.
