If you didn't receive your item, you can open a case in the Resolution Centre.
Here's how to open a case:
1. Go to the Resolution Centre - opens in new window or tab.
2. Select Item not received.
3. Click the Case ID of the case. If you don't have the Case ID, select I don't have a Case ID, then click Continue.
4. Click Begin Escalation.
5. Click Submit.
If you and the seller can't come to an agreement, you can ask eBay to step in and help. We'll review the case and decide how to proceed.
