If you are considering starting dropshipping on eBay, or you already do so, there is a good chance you have encountered videos and discussions trying to answer the question: Can you use a software for eBay dropshipping?

When eBay published its drop shipping policy in 2019 our software company refused to take part in the nonsense trend of building eBay dropshipping software that is Non-API, and we paid the price: online influencers who promote eBay dropshipping stopped promoting our software claiming that you are not allowed to use a software that is connected to eBay via API to dropship on eBay using retailers, Instead of explaining the real problem: eBay is giving us, drop shippers, a harder time when we choose to source products from big retailers.

In this video I review the events that happened from 2016 when DSM Tool has become the most popular software for eBay dropshipping in the world, and was in good relations with the business department in eBay's offices (it's actually located just 5 minutes right from our office from which we run DSM Tool) all the way to 2020, trying to answer the question: What does eBay want from the dropshipping community?!
