Openlitespeed Web Server required manual restart to reload & apply any changes in .htaccess. Here's an easy way to automate this!

Command to trigger restart for OLS: /usr/local/lsws/bin/lswsctrl restart
The directory shown may differ on other OS.

If you're not using aaPanel, you can still do this by directly including this command in the crontab.
