Today I am going to teach you the importance of Optimizing content type and length ⬇️⬇️⬇️
How to Optimize your content type:
1. Find what is currently ranking for a particular keyword using Keyword insights.
2. Assess the intent behind the keyword, and rank the correct type of page (collection/product = transactional intent, or blog/article =informational intent).
How to Optimize Your Article Length
1. Write comprehensive/detailed content, however, do NOT write "long" content for the sake of making it long.
2. Assess what type of content is currently ranking - specifically, the pages on page 1 with lower DR's. Our goal is to provide better versions of what they are ranking with.
You will likely need to use a paid tool, as free tools will not provide you the information that you need.
I recommend Ahrefs if you ARE going to pay for an option, but unfortunately, it does not come with a free trial. Here are some paid options that do come with free trials:

How to start
???? 1. In Module 1 (https://youtu.be/P7CUxQYMmLg) , I asked you to highlight all of the high volume, low difficulty keywords with websites with a DR of below 30-40 ranking on the first page. Control F these terms into your hub and spoke sheet, and determine where they fall (whether as a hub or spoke piece of content)
???? 2. Start with the low difficulty high volume keywords identified in Module 4, then proceed to other pieces - starting with the spokes, and concluding with the hubs. Go through and fill out the following on each row.
ENTER EACH OF THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR SEO SHEET
1. Article Title
???? **“Hub” Collection Page Title:** Simply make it the keyword, in plural form. For example: “Fire Pit Tables”
???? **“Spoke” Collection Page Titles**: Again - use the keyword, in plural form. For example “Round Fire Pit Tables”
???? **“Hub” Blog Post”:** This should sound comprehensive. For example: “The Ultimate Fire Pit Table Buying Guide”.
???? **“Spoke” Blog Posts:** These can answer a question “Will a Fire Pit Table Work in the Rain?” or “How to Light a Fire Pit Table”.
2. Primary Target Keyword
3. Secondary Target Keywords
4. Type of Content (Blog, Collection, Etc,)
5. The ideal number of word in our content piece determined after assessing what is currently ranking on page 1.
