The number of complaints filed with the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) dropped by almost a quarter last year, compared to the previous year. That is nearly 14,000 complaints received in 2023. CASE flagged e-commerce as a concern, as it saw the biggest spike. E-commerce complaints jumped 47 per cent, compared to 2022. This was mainly due to issues like late deliveries and refunds.
