This session deals with the meaning of e grocers and themeaning advantages and disadvantages of e shopping.
An online grocer is either a brick-and-mortar supermarket or grocery store that allows online ordering or a standalone e-commerce service that includes grocery items. There is usually a delivery charge for the service.
E-Shopping or Online Shopping is the process whereby consumers directly buy goods or services from a seller in real time without an intermediary service over the internet.
The major advantages are:-

More Control
Used Items
The major disadvantages are:-
Risk of Fraud
Shipping Problems and Delays
Returns can be complicated
Less contact with community-
No support for Local Retailers
