This is the fourth panel discussion in the 2022 series hosted by NYU Tandon School of Engineering. This is our third year organizing these panel discussions. Traditional manufacturing is increasingly being supplanted with new technologies. Factories are becoming smarter and more interconnected, and new manufacturing techniques are increasingly being adopted, such as 3D printing and smart hybrid manufacturing. With these new advances come new challenges related to industry practice, workforce development and international movement of goods and people. The panelists discuss their perspectives on many of these issues.
All of these events will be recorded and made available on Youtube. These panels are an opportunity for you to directly ask questions to some of the leading experts in the field.
