We spent the day with Rory Ellacott a 19 year old property entrepreneur who is absolutely smashing it. He is currently using the rent to rent property strategy and got his first rent to rent deal in Septemeber 2019 (a week after his 18th birthday).

Since then he has been growing his rent to rent business and currently has 135+ rooms under management.
