In this video I will show you exactly how to create Facebook campaign structure, audiences and ads for eCommerce.

I recommend that you use a 4 level campaign structure. The levels reflect where your customers are in the buying cycle. To put it in other words it reflects if they are at the top (TOF - cold audience), middle (MOF - warmed up audience) or bottom of funnel (BOF - past purchasers or audience ready to buy).

Here is an outline of the Facebook campaign structure including the audiences that we target within these campaigns:

Level 1: Cold traffic
Level 2: Retargeting FB/IG engagers & WV
Level 3: Retargeting ATC
Level 4: Previous Customers

Please note that all campaigns are conversion campaigns and that we also work with catalog sales.

The video will walk you through every single campaign and I will show you the audiences we use and also tell you what ads you need to use in what campaign.

Here is a quick summary
Level 1: Use your best-selling products, create striking ads and test a lot of different visuals and formats. For the copy try to find a strong hook, educate about the problem and offer your product as the solution.
Level 2: Use your winning creative from level 1 and user generated content. Keep the copy short and have a clear call to action (CTA)
Level 3: Like level 2 plus discounts and testimonials
Level 4: Like level 3 plus dynamic product ads
