Alibaba's stock has fallen 48% this year but is now the time to buy more shares of this Chinese tech giant? In this video, we will be breaking down Charlie Mungers Position with Baba to figure out the average cost basis for his position with the Chinese tech giant Ali baba.

Alibaba Group Holding Limited, also known as Alibaba Group and Alibaba.com, is a Chinese multinational technology company specializing in e-commerce, retail, Internet, and technology.

Regulators slapped a $2.8bn fine after a probe determined that it had abused its market position for years. Chinese tech giant Alibaba said on Monday that it accepted a record penalty imposed by the country's anti-monopoly regulator.

The fine amounts to about 4% of the company's 2019 domestic revenue.
