Consumer protection regulator CCPA has come down strongly on e-commerce companies for unfair trade practices. Speaking exclusively to #BusinessTodayTV's Chetan Bhutani, the chairperson of CCPA, Nidhi Khare said that e-commerce-related complaints have increased 30-40% over the last four-five years. She also spoke on service charge issue and further said that the consumer affairs ministry has taken Suo-moto cognizance in the electric scooters fire incidents and have issued notices to the companies.
