Business write-offs are really simple!

Ask yourself this:

Is the expense is required to run my business?

If yes, then ask: Is it ordinary and necessary?

If other business owners spend money on it and it’s essential for operations. Then it’s probably a write-off.

If you are in doubt, Google it or ask your CPA.

Just make sure you’re using your business account for business expenses and your personal account for personal expenses.

You shouldn’t be mixing them. It will cause a headache later and get you in legal trouble.

Just remember if it’s for business, swipe the business card. If it’s personal, swipe the personal card. Simple!
