In the discussion at the 9th China Inbound-Outbound Forum’s Ambassador Roundtable on Sept. 2, H.E. Graham Fletcher, Australian Ambassador to China, noted that RCEP is an important agreement which will improve market access and provide rules, disciplines as well as E-commerce commitments. The definitions of logistics related services agreed within APEC are considered as a landmark in setting a standard for others.
