About me:
I love helping people achieve their goals and grow their businesses. Outside the office, I’m a bookworm, home cook and travel bug (take me back to Italy ANY day). I’ve offered 1-on-1 mentoring for fellow women in business since 2019 and am always excited to provide advice and coaching.

Having been fortunate enough to be named a 4-time Stevie Award winner (including Woman of the Year and Executive of the Year), I’m incredibly privileged to be in a position where I can help mould the leaders and marketers of tomorrow.

Since I stepped into the CEO role in 2019, Megaphone has expanded worldwide and grown to 120+ employees. My journey began at Megaphone as a Junior Account Manager when we were just a small startup agency. I’m immensely proud that Megaphone has over 70% representation of females in leadership, officially recognised as a world leader in ‘Leadership Development for Women’.
