Amazon is not haunting construction on eight office towers, closing forty four warehouses, shifting call center jobs to work from home only and changing their entire strategy given the unique chain of events that are unfolding in the economy. I believe they are signaling to everyone that an economic depression is coming and this will not be a simply correction in the economy. If this was a simply correction they would likely be much more aggressive towards expansion given the opportunities to acquire more market share would present themselves in an affordability crisis where consumers are watching their spending more and shopping at large corporations such as Amazon.

This to me is a sign that we are entering a different economy with different problems than many consumers are preparing for. During economic uncertainty will come massive opportunity for the smart and prepared investor to grow and expand.
