Amit Agarwal, Global Sr.VP and Countrt Head , Amazon India tells ET Now’s Tamanna Inamdar that Amazon was careful of adhering the govt guideline of the curfew and that it was unfair to even colour that e-commerce services were not available during lockdown. He also says that Amazin remains laser focused on their customers & seller and that with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many sellers are looking to serve customers locally, while many are resching out to customers in various different cities.
