In this video I address Error Code 5665, I go over Amazons Brand Policy and what they ultimately want to see from you if you do not yet have a registered Trademark but are Private Labeling your product and would like to use your brand name.

I also show you an alternative option for sending in your actual product images with your branding.

TAKE NOTE: Once you open the ticket with Amazon you make receive an automated email asking to register your brand, in which you then ask for an "exemption" and send in the images as explained.
