Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group's latest quarterly report has missed estimates. Its lacklustre performance underscores how China's recovery from years of zero-COVID restrictions could be slower than projected. Revenue in the January to March period -- the company's fiscal fourth quarter -- reached $29.6 billion. Alibaba reported a net income of $3.34 billion, reversing losses from a year-ago, due to one-off gains.
