Alibaba (BABA) Earnings Review, Cloud Services Poised For Growth

We're already seeing benefits of Alibaba's (BABA) planned restructuring that was announced in March, notes Phillip Wool. He and Anthony Sassine discuss the takeaways from BABA's earnings report. Phillip mentions that BAAB's results are even more impressive in light of weakness in China consumer spending, and the stock looks very cheap with BABA cloud services poised for growth. BABA's 1Q revenue came in at $32.29B versus an estimated $30.79B and adjusted EPS came in at $2.40 versus an estimated $1.97. They then go over retail stocks to watch.
