This clothing e-commerce brand deployed AI inside its Instagram DMs, and it’s crazy that for every 100 people who chatted with it, 23 purchased from it, with an AOV 19% higher than what the brand got across its other channels.

The AI also started 20 times more chats with everyone who engaged with the brand’s Instagram page, Facebook page, AND paid ads.
