➤ Hey Frankie, I have a Question about pricing. What do you think about charging a fairly low base price and then doing performance-based pricing for both ads and SEO (10% of the money we make them)?
Do you have anyone doing something like that? The company soShallWe does performance-based for their ads. They do 5k base then 10% of any money they make them. That way it's a win, and they are always pushing to make them more money. 5k is their base (not making any money) so they have a high incentive to make money since that is how they get paid.
➤ Hey guys, we are looking at implementing a loom video strategy in our agency. Can anyone provide examples of a Loom video they’ve created to inspire some ideas on how to craft it and what to say? Thank you!
➤ Just something I've been thinking about, too many agency coaches talk about targeting niches as meaning targeting industries or verticals. Why not instead target pain points directly, so a particular pain point becomes the niche? Now I have buyer's remorse from the 4 to 5 little software/tools for scraping leads according to industry.
➤ Hello peeps! I've been wanting to post a serious question to take a peek at your brain. I'm working on a few major adjustments to my agency path. I'm building (or trying to!) a B2B, done-for-you, turn-key live video podcast agency, in a nutshell.
The questions are the following:
If you're a B2B agency, how important is it for you to "be on Linkedin"?
I have VERY mixed feelings about such a platform, and I am torn between some kind of "perceived value" in being there because of the number of connections and "followers" I have there, and the endless flurry of "motivational quotes", "rags-to-riches" stories, hustle culture advocates, ego trips, Facebook-like posts and pissing contests.
It's a love-hate relationship.
Do you plan to "be on Linkedin" in 2025? If not, what's your alternative of choice to land clients?
I read y'all. Thanks.
➤ When you did the water restoration demo how did you identify them? Did you go through niches until you found one or do you just choose a niche and keep digging until you find a pain point. It looks so easy when you do it but when I try it's not nearly as easy. This can be a question for the weekly video.
