This special roundtable discussion, hosted by both The College of Business at the University of Nevada, Reno and the Northern Section of the Nevada Chapter of the American Planning Association, features several speakers and presenters from past educational luncheons held as part of the “In The Black” speaker series. Past individual session presenters discuss several major themes that have emerged over the various individual sessions held as part of the “In The Black” series and discuss an agenda for moving forward to address identified racial and social inequalities found in business and in our communities. Social reforms, public policies, and a reconsideration of how communities are developed will each be considered by the panelists featured during this special roundtable discussion. The panel is moderated by Dr. Stallar Lufrano-Jardine, Director of Career Services with The College of Business at the University of Nevada, Reno.
