I start off the video by showcasing results directly from my Shopify store and showcase the specific store which has done the sales. For a total of $355k in sales, the Google ADs spent was only roughly $40k while COGS was roughly 50% of the total sales.
Many more people were home during this time period which meant that more people were shopping. However, this also means that the correct products were necessary during this time period which could relate to what was going on in the world. Many of the products I was selling during this time period were generic, everyday products as well as products with special features.
When it came to advertising, 99% of the sales came from Google ADs while I sprinkled in some Facebook ADs retargeting as well as Bing ADs. My main focus for this store was doing proper SEO optimization while finding ways to stand out of the crowd, such as through the use of Merchant center programs.
However, simply running ads or adding products is not enough. This needs to be followed by a professional website layout with all clear information regarding shipment times. To top it all of, consistency is required in all aspects of the dropshipping website. This includes consistency in adding new products daily, doing regular SEO optimizations, trying out merchant center programs, and optimizing conversion rates.
