Reporting negative feedback

As drop shippers, despite our best efforts we are likely to get a few negative feedback now and then. The important thing is to stay ahead of them and report them when you see them. The key is to check the item and find out exactly what it is that you did to cause the issue. In most instances, it could likely be something related to shipping times. In the example we are looking at, that is the case. One tip to reply to them would be to say something along the lines of“I am so sorry for your bad experience with us, and wish to make it better”Now, other people can see that you are responsive to bad feedback. Next, you can reply to the buyer directly

Working with unapproved suppliers.
If your shipping takes longer than what you tell buyers it will be, eBay will be able to tell this and will demote your store when they do their monthly review. Its important to manage shipping times appropriately.

Focusing on high end sales.

We encourage you to focus on high end sales as it allows you to increase your feedback.Here, we use ZIK to find branded products that sell well, and are higher end on pricing. We can find a few of these that are selling well using ZIK and we can list them to our store.
