Rule 89(5) inverted duty structure formula changed to allow for refund of inputs and input services. Risky exporters refund allowed through jurisdictional officer. rule 96(10) recredited allowed through GST PMT 03A. Section 50(3) retrospectively applicable wrong availment and utilization of ITC. Waiver of late fees for GSTR-4 and CMP-08. Issuance of various circulars for clarification. GSTR-3B more information required. Exemption for 9/9A for turnover under 2 Crores.
