With so many different startups and businesses popping up every day, it can be a bit overwhelming to decide on which ones are worth your time and hard-earned money to invest in. The first is does he like the actual product, industry, or service being provided. The second question is about who is running the business and does he belive in them as a leader and entrepreneur. If one of these questions is answered with a "no", you likely will want to pass and wait for a better opportunity.
