In a global context of renewed tensions, contestation of multilateral institutions, and escalating conflicts, the African continent is once again an arena of great power competition. In this seminar, experts on the Africa policy of the United States, the European Union and China from inside and from outside The Horn of Africa will present and discuss the topic in view of geopolitical and geo-economic challenges to the region.
